TO GET THE LOOK: Not every star needs a glam squad! Rachel Bilson gave herself these lush lashes, and you can too. The key to full, feathery fringe is two types of mascara, says YSL makeup pro Elena Rodriguez.
AN INSIDER TRICK: Apply a lengthening formula from root to tip. Top with a volume-building mascara just at the root so ends don’t get clumpy, adds Rodriguez.
