Crafty stars are layering strapless numbers over a T-shirt or tank for a style that spans the seasons. Fashion Designer Rachel Roy makes a bold but high-fashion move at the ‘Factory Girl’ movie premiere , wearing a menswear-inspired button-up dress shirt underneath a dark blue strapless party frock with opaque black tights and matching shoes.
