British celebrity hairdresser, Stuart Phillips, held the world record for charging the most expensive hair cut. His client, Beverley Lateo, a millionaire property developer, paid £8,000 for her hair cut. This is inclusive of her flight ticket from Italy to UK , her chauffeured limo from the airport and all paid expenses for the duration of time Beverley was served by Stuart. He was booked for his services for the entire day although the haircut took a short half an hour.
Stuart usually charged £150 for a hair cut. So he had earned more than 50 times his usual fee as he got to pocket the change as his tip. The photos showed the investigative reporter who had the assignment of writing about going under the scissors of Stuart Phillips.
