Spring 2008 Trends: Sheer Madness

This spring no need to bare it all, like the lingerie trend. Just let your skin glow through the feather light sheer fabrics. Now, do NOT go over board. Do you know that saying “less is more”, well it definitely applies to sheer fabrics. If you work in an office sheer may not be the best choice, but for a night out, DEFINETLY!

Also, keeping with the colorful palette this spring, you can find a wide assortment: yellow, green, pink, red…but also ivory and nude tones…
TREND ALERT: Nude/Neutral color palette will be very important.
…. black yes, but only for evening wear.
Keep in mind that more than tops are sheer this year. There are skirts, pants and dresses showing up with sheer details ( ruffles, panels, sleeves,etc).
Personally my favorite sheer is a chiffon dress or top. I love the way chiffon falls on me, it gives to hide those areas I don’t want to be accented.
