Ruffle me this, ruffle me that. You all went gaga over the frills of spring last week so I thought we could fast forward this trend. Lately, I’ve been swayed by tiered ruffles. The master of ruffles, Valentino, shows how it’s done (pictured). Who can forget Sarah Michelle Gellar’s bubbly champagne look in vintage Chloe? Ruffle in the Winter, ruffle in the Summer, ruffle me all over. For all of us who can’t afford Valentino, here is a more cheap route, in the tier dress in sapphire made by MINT.
