What do you think of Kylie Minogue’s colorful dress? She wore that to the NRJ awards in Cannes. It was skin-tight, exposed bare shoulders and bare back, and had a sexy tail to swish around. The critic who hated her dress said that the black bow on the back was like a black trash bin liner dress train. Kylie did her best to look elegant with hair pulled back in a chignon.

Kylie had a performance on stage and she changed into a black and white checkered mini dress. This dress had queer looking arm holes that made it look as if the dress had slits or worse, split under the arms. The neck had a cowl neckline and the extra folds of fabric were not flattering to her.
