Victoria Beckham & Eva Longoria:Good News for their Calves and maybe yours?

Victoria Beckham and Eva Longoria have reasons to rejoice. There is good news concerning high heels.
High heeled shoes have been attributed to toning a woman’s legs and strengthening her pelvic muscles. These were considered plus points in helping to improve the woman’s sex life. A study on the wearing of heels said that heels worked the pleasure muscles that were linked to an orgasm. The past studies had revealed that stilettos were partly responsible for stress factures and joint pain. These side effects were part of the scale that weighed against heels but had to be endured if the woman wanted the good advantages too.
Manolo Blahnik, the celebrity shoe designer, said that the good news relieved his conscience. He said that he felt guilty about high heeled shoes. He said that his mother wore heels until she was 87 and was an example of heels being good for women.
