Hair: Kylie Minogue’s new hair style.

Kylie Minogue’s hair cut and perm resembled her TV character Charlene, in “Neighbors.” It was not well received in her native Australia. The Australians called it the “Moppet” look. Kylie has tried to be a trendsetter. Since many celebrities have the short, straight hair look, she has gone on the opposite tangent and introduced the short, curly look.

I think the short and curly look would work as long as the curls are contained. There is help from hair gels, sprays and chemicals that maintain the curls. When the curls run loose and dry, they tend to become frizzy. The photos below demonstrate how curls behave.
