Today’s Beauty Look : Ultra Thick Eye-Liner

The Look: Leighton Meester shows there’s no better way to take your eye makeup from boardroom to ballroom than with a thick band of matte black along the upper lashline. The look is sophisticated and not too heavy, but also lends a nice focus to the eyes.
The Trick: Take note from makeup artist Angela Levin, who uses this trick to brighten the whiteness of Jennifer Aniston’s eyes: sweep navy eye shadow along the top of black liner to add a hint of color. Blend it into a blue smoky hue that off-sets redness in your eyes.
