Today’s Beauty Look : Smudge-Proof Black Eye Liner

The Look: After a couple hours of reveling, even the highest-caliber waterproof eye liners can migrate down south of your face. To get stay-put black liner, take a cue from Lauren Conrad, who did her own makeup in this photo.
The Trick: Smooth an eyelid primer along your lids, which creates a smooth surface for liner to cling to. Dip your liner brush into Paula Dorf Transformer solution (a fluid that makes powder shadows semi-permanent). Dab the brush into shadow and press the brush into your lashlines using firm strokes.
