Sarah Jessica Parker, 43, has reversed the conventional trend. She was a highly paid celebrity and when she became a dress designer, it was anticipated that her design would be for the high end fashion brands. However, Sarah has revolutionalized the concept of celebrity fashion and retailing by making her dress available at only $8.98.

Sarah’s line is called Bitten. The name was derived from the phrase, “bitten by the acting bug.” Bitten retails at the clothing distributor store called Steve and Barry. Steve and Barry’s store specializes in having celebrities to help sell designer wear at low costs. Steve and Barry’s network has 264 stores in 37 US states.
