In September 2004, Victoria Beckham used to have a partnership with Rock and Republic, (R & R), a Los Angeles fashion label. The company made a brand of jeans that was sold under her name.
In 2006, Victoria and R & R split. Now, Victoria has started a lawsuit to sue the company for loss of earnings after her split with the clothing company. She has asked for $100 million in compensation. R & R was rumoured to be upset with Victoria for not participating in promotional campaigns to sell her brand.
Victoria had similar issues with her other brand of jeans sold under dVb. Fraser Ross, the owner of Kitson in LA, had spoken out about the lack of promotions on the dVb jeans. Victoria tried to make amends by making one solo appearance at Kitson.
