Celine Dion’s best look for receiving Legion d’Honneur medal.

Celine Dion, 40, was honored with the Legion d’Honneur medal. It was one of France’s greatest accolades. It paid tribute to her as a cultural icon. She received it personally from the French President, Nicolas Sarkozy.
Celine was well dressed for the important occasion. She had thick foundation and eye makep and left her lips pale and natural. Her facial makeup looked good and could have passed the mark except for the fact that she left her neck unblended. There was a prominent line where her facial foundation and unpowdered neck met.
Celine wore a lacey dress but teamed it demurely with a black, formal looking ladies’ jacket. Her husband, Rene Angelil, and son, René-Charles Dion Angélil, were suitably attired in 3-piece suits.
