Yoga is the new fashion and craze in health and meditation. However hot it may seem, it may carry more than just the usual amount of promised benefits.

A priest, Father Jeremy Davies, the leader of Catholics in England and Wales, said that activities such as yoga, massage therapy, reiki and reading horoscopes could put people at risk from evil spirits.

Father Davies had written a new book, “In Exorcism: Understanding Exorcism In Scripture And Practice. “ He explained how the different activities may influence followers in the negative ways. Basically, it meant that anyone who was weak and believed excessively in alternative medicines may fall under the influence of bad ways.
