Denise van Outen recommended her tried and true diet. She consumed power foods like porridge, high protein meals of fish, and plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Weight loss is only part of the answer to a nice figure. Denise used regular exercise to trim and tone her body. She had a personal trainer named Nicki Waterman to help her whip her body into shape.

For busy people, Denise’s personal trainer recommended short periods of cardio exercises for 20 minutes per session.

Denise revealed that she let herself indulge in her favorite foods on Sunday. She would usually eat her favorite roast, with the full trimmings. She also indulged in a glass of red wine to go with the red meat. On occasion, she would fancy a dessert or a latte.
