Today’s Beauty Look: Sheer, Light Foundation

The Look: Summer is the season to keep foundation fresh and light, like Lucy Liu did above. Instead of layering on full-coverage foundation, opt for: tinted moisturizer. It will even out the color and texture of your face, while still showing off natural characteristics like freckles.

The Trick: Create your own sheer summertime foundation. Start by moistening a makeup sponge until it expands, then squeeze out most of the moisture. Mix foundation and SPF face lotion on the back of your hand and lightly tap it into your skin with the sponge. Flawless!
