Victoria Beckham models Marc Jacobs’ dress.

The Council of Fashion Designer of America awards took place in early June. Victoria Beckham promoted her favorite designer’s dress.

Victoria wore Marc Jacobs’ party dress with an oversized, frilled neckline. The translucent black material covered Posh Spice in a double layer. It looked like the hearts were individually stitched together.

The high front of her dress was over compensated with a bare back. The back of the dress was held together by supporting straps that were camouflaged by a few black hearts. Her back was so exposed that the celebrities who hugged her were seen to be cautious to avoid touching her skin. Victoria had out-staged herself, or rather, the designer, Marc Jacobs, had done a good job of designing a daring dress that commanded attention.

Victoria complemented her “heart” look with matching black strappy heels.
