The Look: In an ideal world, we all seamlessly finish what we start. Well, we’re off the hook when it comes to eye liner. By framing her eye with a thick black line on just the outer half of each eye, Michelle Tractenberg achieved a fresh-yet-exotic look.
The Trick: To avoid a stark line of demarcation, start the line under each pupil using a freshly-sharpened pencil.
