Mischa Barton!
Mischa Barton shakes her way into a New York office building Wednesday while out running errands. I am not sure what Mischa is trying to make up for, but this outfit has got to go! Why is she wearing knee high moccasins and a look a like Native American skirt, who is she trying to be? Pocahontas? I am at a loss of words for this outfit, except she is trying way too hard, and it shows. Not cute. Go for a mock Native American print dress and flats, to a full outfit, might as well get a tribal head dress too.
