Katie Holmes to unveil Holmes-Yang Fashions at New York Fashion Week.

Katie Holmes, 29, will show off her fashion collection, Holmes-Yang, as one of the first fashion lines to parade on the runway for New York Fashion Week.

Victoria Beckham, 33, was supposed to use the event to promote her fashion, dVb. She has cancelled her fashion catwalk parade because she said she was not ready to launch her collection.

Some people speculated that Victoria Beckham did not want to be compared to her best friend, Katie Holmes. Beckham said she would arrange private viewings for her new collection. There were also rumors about some stress creeping into the friendships of the Beckhams and Cruise/ Holmes because the former were unwilling to embrace Scientology.
