How Carla Bruni and Christian Dior influenced Fashions this year.

Autumn and Winter Collections for this season have ladylike themes. Christian Dior became very popular because Carla Bruni wore his fashions. Thus, Carla Bruni and Christian Dior have influenced Fashions for this season.

Carla showed how clothes transformed her past image of a scantily clad, sexy model, into one of a demure, conservative, high class lady look. Carla wore Dior from head to toe and also had Dior for her outer coat too. Marks & Spencer and Jaegar are channeling to demure grey business suits and shift dresses.

The key elements in the lady style means using lesser details to create more impact. The clothes are basics, plain knits, fabrics without patterns and coats with simple button detail.
