Guess who just got married over the weekend? Yes, Reality TV’s overexposed couple, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. While I hate Speidi for being too addicted to the cameras, I do like Montag’s wedding gown. At least she got her fashion sense together during her wedding day. Her bridal gown is a creation of renowned designer Monique Lhuillier, and it functioned not only to make the bride pure and clean, but standing tall as well. Heidi sure looked like a lovely bride, and Spencer was all smiles upon seeing his other half walk down the aisle at the Westminister Presbyterian Church in Pasadena California. The ’80s was a defining era of fashion and style, and no wonder the trends during that period continue to be revived today. Pepsi, one of the most popular beverage companies to date, thus brought the ’80s back to life at the launch of their new softdrink “Throwback”, which was held at a skating rink. Fashion icons such as Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kelly Osbourne were present wearing complete ’80s outfits-spandex tights, leather jackets and flashdance shirts, and not to mention the roller skates! The three reality TV stars did not exactly look like they have blasted from the past, but they sure did bring the era back to its usual madness. Way to go, girls!

After having survived the threat of breast cancer last March, Christina Applegate stands up more beautiful amidst the crowd-no wonder she’s voted as the Most Beautiful person of 2009 by People Magazine. Applegate, star of the hit show Samantha Who? says what made her more beautiful than ever was her decision to save her life from cancer. She no longer has breasts due to a double mastectomy followed by reconstructive surgery, but the actress says she likes it even more since she no longer has to “wear a bra”. Applegate, 37, also says that another factor that lead to her increased beauty is her boyfriend, Dutch bassist Martyn Lenoble, who loves her “from head to toe.”

When last week she was seen in a black-and-white cocktail dress at a star-studded event, this time she’s trotting down the runway in another chic outfit, courtesy of fashion designer Tarina Tarantino. Osbourne is the new face of Tarantino’s creations, and the two are currently making a good concoction of chic, modern and kinky fashion ideas which would suit the next generation of stylish people. Will the powers of these two fashionistas be enough to achieve their goal? I think they would. Kelly’s got the style and spunk-and Tarantino’s equally crazy as her guinea pig.

Finally, Paris Hilton arrives without her latest accessory, boy toy Doug Reinhardt, and I like it. Why? First off, Paris looks better without that jock of hers. Second, Doug wouldn’t fit Paris’ theme at the event she went to-the classy vamp Marilyn Monroe. Well, Paris looks oh so fabulous in her attire at charity event she went to. The red one-shouldered Georges Chakra fit her perfectly, matched with blazing red heels, crimson lips, and a glamorously styled bob. This is actually the kind of Hilton I am looking for, and at last, Paris got my taste. I do wish she would continue looking as elegant as this, and not go back to the trashy fashion tragedy she once was.

Rappers can be eccentric when it comes to fashion, but nothing beats lady rapper Eve with her new do. The rapper, who first gained praise for her concave bob, is now starting to gather boos for her new hairstyle, which is shorter and a little to asymmetrical for her face. Well, the do’s quite common these days especialy for emo followers, but for an RnB person, I think should not be Eve’s ideal haircut. Technically, the new bob doesn’t give her face a good shape, nor does it make her look more fabulous. In my opinion, Eve should sue her stylist or get extensions so she’d look less scary the next time she faces the press.

A new Kim Kardashian stunned the public by having her hair dyed blonde. The reality TV star really made heads turn now that she has said goodbye to her famous black locks, and is currently living the blonde ambition. While some take it as a fashion mishap, I actually think that the new do looks good on her, at least for a change. Going blonde and looking great in it only shows that Kim’s one versatile beauty. Thankfully her sunburn has already faded away and she can go back to the public eye. Blonde or black, well, Kim still is pretty. No doubt for a Kardashian.

Mary-Kate Olsen and her new boyfriend Nate Lowman were seen biking down the streets of NYC during the weekend, sporting with them some unlikely wardrobes-Lowman in a black punk getup, while Mary-Kate looked like the Ozzy Osbourne’s long lost daughter. The blue Lennon-inspired shades will pass, but the black hippie shirt, silver necklace and a string of accessories on her arms are just too off. Who would go biking in such attire? I understand Mary-Kate has her own distinctive fashion sense, but it’s not really a need for her to don in such statement all the time. A sweatshirt, shorts and a pair of sneakers would have made her look better.
