Fashion No-no: Avril Lavigne

Avril Lavigne-the once teen emo-rock princess who was loved dearly by her fans because of her angst and rebellious lyrics, dined at one of LA’s most expensive and glamorous restaurants, Koi just recently. Well, there’s nothing wrong with having a meal at a four-star eatery, as long as you know how to dress for the place. And obviously Avril isn’t aware of the dress code. She arrived in a star-spangled hoodie, denim mini skirt and flip-flops, an ensemble that’s rather a disgust to the other customers. Why? Simply because Koi is a formal resto, not some kiosk at the corner of Haight-Ashbury! Can’t the songstress be a little bit formal for the sake of her rendezvous? Avril should learn when to dress up next time-being a non-conformist doesn’t always work.
