One of the canons of the hit series Gossip Girl is that you have to stay fashionable at all times. Of course this mantra is carried over to the real world, as the show’s star Leighton Meester makes it a point to look chic and fabulous as she faces her fans and the cameras. But what does it actually take to get her look? Well, not that much.
On Meester, you can grab a Crew skirt, a Flare blouse (or any Victorian-inspired blouse), peep-toe pumps and a medium-built handbag. The star got her look from brands such as Crew (skirt), Fred Flare (blouse), Nine West (pumps), and Melie Bianco (bag), for less than $250. Not bad if you want to look like a ultra-posh teen queen every once in a while.
