Mischa Barton’s being spotted carrying one on her strolls, as well as Vanessa Hudgens. Vanessa paired her black fringe with her fresh summer pink dress with black kissmarks all over it. Fits perfectly for the upcoming summer season, and the HSM alumna really looks hot in her cutesy outfit. Of course boyfriend Zac Efron would agree with me.
