Silicone lip implants are banned in the United States and they are permanent, and making that admission would really take a lot of courage from the actress’ end. But do you really think Lisa Rinna needed those implants? I don’t. Looking back, Lisa already looked fabulous even with her simple, sweet, pre-Hollywood looks. But if undergoing those treatments made her happier, then I can say nothing more.
