Birthday Girl: Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan celebrated her birthday last week, and the now 23-year old actress threw a pool party at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas to celebrate. But the young starlet seemed to be all pale and white during her summer birthday bash-didn’t she use her own fake-n-bake tanning spray? Her birthday dress (shown above) was not really a scene-stealer, and to be frank, it only made her look frail than ever. It’s not even a great idea to show off some skin given that her body needs a lot of toning. In other news, Lindsay and her partner Lorit Simon are being sued for stealing the formula for her tanning spray, Sevin Nyne. The young star’s response: “She just a woman looking for a paydate!”
