Gwyneth Paltrow is one celeb who is always conscious of her body, and makes it a point to live a healthy lifestyle. Having tried a number of diets, she finally found the kind of diet that suits her-a cleansing, detox diet. According to her online newsletter, GOOP, Gwyneth subscribed to a three-week detox diet plan which consisted of liquid meals incorporated with a solid meal, which allowed her to lose some few pounds without feeling weak or exhausted. She also says that she now has a better digestive system after a phase of having fun and and relaxation in which she ate a lot of food.
Gwyneth reminds her readers however to consult a doctor first to see if cleansing is right for them.
