Were her tangled locks due to ridiculous dancing at the said event, or simply a choice her hubby made for her? What made her look worse was her forehead, which was so prominent she looked like Britney Spears right after getting her head shaved.

Controversy however sparked as the four-year-old who still carries the habit of sucking the bottle already wears heels. Suri was seen in a red dress and golden heel sandals with her mother last October, and the main issue here was that the kid is still too young to wear such footwear. Katie meanwhile responded by stating that those are actually ballroom shoes for kids, which she bought for her daufghter who has already fallen in love with mommy’s heels. Mod fashion has never been out of style-in fact, it has since stayed as a fashion trend throughout different generations. And since it’s already 2009, how do celebs celebrate the mod look? Funky diva Fergie stayed with the basics.

The Dutchess showed off her interpretation of mod by going on an all black ensemble beginning with a mod mini, knee high boots and a jaunty cap, and finished off by covering herself with a black coat. She also completed the overall look with a pair of big bumblebee shades. Fab or flub? I say fab. Though the look didn’t change, it still suited this time of fashion, even if the mod era has been forty years away already. And as for Fergie-good job!
