Again, let me say that I’m no fan of Milla Jovovich, and here is some proof. Milla, for some reason, seems to forget some important things when going round and about in galas, events and almost every social activity, and this time, it’s her pants. Well I like the way she accessorized her neutral ensemble by wearing a pop high-waist yellow belt, patent necklaces and a flimsy cardigan, but to wear ultra short shorts over her stockings are just a big no-no, even if they were black. I don’t understand why Milla had to go through this; she has kept on doing various fashion blunders throughout her career. C’mon Milla, hire a stylist!

Bijou Phillips may not be able to strike a good pose while at the Calvin Klein gala, but she sure does beam with pride in her overall ensemble, which consists of a casual chic striped top, gold skirt, and a rather elegant engagement ring given no less than her fiancee, comedian Danny Masterson. Bijou has seemed to look more mature in this photo, maybe because the heyday of her being a happy-go-lucky single girl is about to end. Fashion-wise, she did a good job in fusing the chic and the casual, as she does seem to age with grace and beauty, and with no effort of trying to look younger than her actual age.

Penelope Cruz was present at the Calvin Klein affair wearing a long white coat and an asymmetrical frock, which fit her figure perfectly it showed no signs of baby bumps. Well, for the past months Penelope has been rumored to be hiding something inside her tummy thanks to all the loose gowns and frocks she’s been sporting, especially whenever she’s with her best accessory, Javier Bardem. Well, it wouldn’t really matter if Penelope’s preggy, we’d all be happy if that were true. But since she ain’t so, it’s still perfectly fine with us-she still looks fab, and guess what-we got punk’d! Nice one you got, Penelope!

We have always loved us some Scarlett Johansson, but this flowery frock should definitely be sent to Auschvitz. The actress, who is known for her glamorous style and persona, seemed to have committed a grave mistake for wearing a matronly dress at the premiere of the Broadway production of Arthur Miller’s “A View from the Bridge,” in which she stars. Aside from the bad frock, Scarlett made things worse by wearing an equally matronly hairdo, which was really age-inappropriate. I wonder what hubby Ryan Reynolds says about her getup-I also wonder if he was actually there for her at the play. Scarlett, this is such a no-no. Get a wardrobe change!

Also present in the breast cancer awareness gala was Reese Witherspoon, who rocked the night with her black lace mini strapless dress. Reese remains young and beautiful despite being a mom, and she didn’t look that heartbroken after breaking up with boyfriend of two years, Jake Gyllenhaal. Her slim figure was totally given emphasis thanks to her mini frock, although I can say that she was playing too play safe with her outfit. Reese kept it plain and simple, and paved away from getting to risky by means of accessories. I wish she did exert some more effort to look more stylish, as the frock itself needs more color in order not to look too stale.

Breast cancer survivor Christina Applegate shines pretty in a metallic pink dress which she wore at the Saks’ annual “Unforgettable Evening” gala at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. What made her rock is the black lace wrapped around her dress, as it complemented the metallic concept of her frock. Her choice of peeptoes are also perfect, and overall Christina was one glowing star that night. Well, the ‘Samantha Who’ star had one big purpose for being present i that truly memorable evening: the charity event was held to raise funds for breast cancer awareness, and her attendance as a breast cancer survivor is a big plus in gathering more funds.

I’ve always loved Taraji P. Henson, but sometimes I get bored with her play-safe outfits both in and out of the red carpet. But this time I can say that she was able to get the perfect outfit thanks to this coral silk gown. The V-neck cut of the one-piece ensemble gave her the right curves, and so did the sleeves on her arms. The length of the gown also made her look taller and slender, and not the usual mommy-figure that she sports during regular days. I would really commend her fashion consultant for giving her the right style tips and makeup choice, as in this picture, Taraji’s one hot star!

Up and coming pop sensation Ke$ha is making the big wave in the music industry. First, her single “Tik Tok” has been topping the charts, and so is her debut album. But what makes her a bigger hit is her dress down risks like this tattered ensemble. She reminds me of Lady Gaga when it comes to her hair and outfits, as well as Amy Winehouse for her eye gunk. What sets her apart however is that Ke$ha turns out to be one hot mess unlike her contemporaries, thanks to her fresh face and her raw, ambitious yet not-trying-hard attitude. I think she should keep up that character, as it reflects on her persona and her overall fashion style.
