Fashion Red Carpet: Zoe Saldana

Since it’s the Oscars weekend, we’re giving you a two-day special on the fashion hits and misses at this year’s biggest awards ceremony. So first off, we’d hit on Zoe Saldana, the “Avatar” beauty who took the risk of mixing gold and tulle violet shades on her outfit. I love the golden corset embellished with jewels, as it did justice to her brown skin, but I don’t like her transitional violet tulle dress which made her look like a cucaracha dancer. It just didn’t match the texture of her corset I guess, and they really made a bad combo. Zoe, you’re pretty. You deserve a prettier dress.
