It’s Kelly Osbourne and her Little Black Dress

Although she looks like a blast from the ’90s past, Kelly Osbourne rocks in her LBD.
The reality starlet and DWTS runner-up was flaunting her slimmer figure at the Us Magazine’s Hot in Hollywood soiree, in a boatneck sheer LBD with the words “LITTLE BLACK DRESS” spelled at the back. I love the mini frock not only because it’s black, but it’s elegantly black, it gave justice to Kelly’s unsightly set of gams. Her lavender hair is also toned down to a deeper shade of purple, which is much better than before. Oh well, regardless of what she looks like, her favorite accessory, fiance Luke Worrall, loves her so much.
