Mischa Barton rocks London with her party-boy ensemble. Hot or not?
The wayfarer shades are acceptable, but the topsider sneakers, red straight-cut jeans and blast-from-the-past ’90s getup won’t pass, although we must forgive her since Mischa looks alive and kicking, and at least cheerful with her choice of colors. I just don’t know how she will be able to bring back that once pretty face and hot fashionista essence she possessed before during “The O.C.” days. Mischa, can you do us all a favor and get a brush? Your hair needs some caring, and you need some more lovin’.
