Madge wore a form-fitting vintage Stella McCartney old sea blue number, which looked totally from the glamorous ’40s heyday, and she matched it with soft finger wave blonde locks and ruby red lips. Her eyes were also sparkling and her light blush added more color and vibe to her image.We really love it when Madonna makes it a point to stand out; her sense of style never fails to impress the fashion blogs!
