Celebrities flock to the LA premiere of “New Year’s Eve” at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre yesterday. We saw Katherine Heigl, Hilary Swank, and Michelle Pfeiffer dress up for the event, while Fergie makes a sexy revenge after the feather outfit she wore the other day.

Katherine Heigl chose a lacey strapless black dress and accessorized with a chunky gold necklace with diamonds and a pair of diamond earrings. We think the outfit aged Heigl 10 years.

Hilary Swank chose a whimsical navy blue dress with see-through long sleeves. Although we think the dress could have showed off her figure more, we’re giving the actress plus points for rocking  an edgy pair of peep-toe heels.

Michelle Pfeiffer went with a plum body-hugging dress with cap sleeves and matching plum heels. She chose peach hues for her makeup, which gave her a much younger look.

Fergie, whose outfit the other day made us confused, made a fashion comeback with her old Hollywood look. She strapless Monique Lhuillier knee-length silver mirrored dress from the Resort 2012 Collection.
