Mischa Barton beat the winter cold by going to Miami, where she was spotted yesterday wearing a retro polka-dot bikini with high-waist black shorts, a bit of silver jewelry and bold red lips. But the TV star wasn’t quite beach-ready, as she forgot one must-do-before-hitting-the-beach beauty regimen…

Barton has been looking quite healthy and fresh recently, so we’re a bit disappointed that she forgot to shave her armpits. We know how people can be too harsh on Mischa, so we’re giving her a pass on this one. After all, this is the best we’ve seen her look recently. The retro look worked well for her height and figure, while the red pout highlighted her gorgeous smile.
