Emily Blunt’s Black-and-White Polka-dot Dress

Emily Blunt attended the Los Angeles Premiere of “Salmon Fishing In The Yemen” the other day, wearing a dress with a full skirt that’s very much one of the current fashion trends.
The actress wore a strapless Naeem Khan dress (from the Fall 2012 RTW collection) that featured elaborate black-and-white prints all over and a full skirt. It was a good choice that Emily Blunt kept her accessories minimal, with everything that’s going on with the dress. Instead, she paired the cocktail dress with Gianvito Rossi “Tuxedo” sandals and accessorized with only a pair of Chopard diamond cluster earrings and an Ice Cube ring with 119 diamonds – both of which were just right for her outfit.
Emily Blunt kept her bob down for the event and went with matte hot pink lips, gold and peach eye shadow and black liner on her upper lid.

I heard that Emily Blunt as well as a bunch of other celebrities use Beth Bender’s Get in Line Eyeliner Stencil Kit to do their own makeup. Has anyone tried it?
