Nicki Minaj was dead serious when she revealed that she’s planning to wear black-heavy outfits more, leaving the colorful style behind. Yesterday, she showed off more of her new style as she hosted her “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded” album release party at LIV Nightclub inside The Fountainbleau Hotel in Miami Beach. Nicki Minaj was definitely the star at the party, but she made sure all attention was on her as she continued to wear the underwear-over-dress trend she’s been sporting lately. The singer, who is set on topping the charts with her new album, wore a white net long-sleeved top tucked into a black girdle-looking underwear. She finished off with black tights worn under her undies and knee-length black boots.

The weirdest thing about her look for the night was the neck-support-looking silver chocker that extends down to her chest and finishes off as a belt. We think even for Nicki that it was an overkill piece of accessory. Her statement rings (one of which looked like a miniature disco ball) was cute, though.

Nicki’s makeup was fierce as always, as she wore Barbie-pink lipstick, white eye shadow and a black winged eye liner that complimented her platinum blonde long hair.
