Busy Philipps was one of the hosts at “The Hooray for Hollygrove” at The Hollywood Museum, celebrating 100 years of helping children in crisis and their families. The actress helped raise more than $150,000 at the event looking fresh with her peachy-gold eye makeup.
The 32-year-old “Cougar Town” actress wore a plain navy dress from one of the event’s sponsors: Juicy Couture. Busy Philipps chose the zip-back dress, which featured a deep scoop neckline, semi-pleated skirt, and exposed gold back zip. She paired up the $248 dress with red ankle-strap sandals and a statement necklace with pearls, beads and chili-looking trinkets.
Wearing her blonde tresses down, Busy Philipps matched her tangerine nails with a lighter shade for makeup. She went with sheer coral lips, then kept her face looking fresh with peachy eyes.
InStyle shared how to recreate her makeup at the event. First, blend light orange (with a hint of gold shimmer) on the lids, which looks much like highlighting with a twist. For an unexpected departure from match-matchy makeup, go with a pinkish hue blush for the apples of your cheeks. Finish off with a few dabs of mascara.
