Zoe Saldana was one of the celebrities we missed at Monday night’s Met Gala, but she got back to the scene in New York City for the “Cosmopolitan for Latinas” premiere issue celebration yesterday.

The 33-year-old actress, who will star in the 2012 thriller film “The Words,” wore a dainty Elie Saab cocktail dress that featured a tiered skirt and a sheer neckline embellished with floral embroidery, beading and sequins. Zoe’s accessories were just the right amount – she added a bunch of rings, a gorgeous pair of fringed earrings and the Bottega Veneta “Intrec Knot” clutch. Saldana finished off with a pair of Brian Atwood “Claudia Bis” pumps from the Resort 2012 collection.

Aside from the stunning dress and right accessories, Zoe Saldana also rocked a smokey cat eye. She added a pop of color with bold red lips, then focused on making her eyes double the sexiness with kohl-rimmed eyes, black eyeliner with a winged tip and bronze and silver eyeshadow blended perfectly. She completed her look wearing her black glossy hair with sexy waves.
