Anna Paquin attended the season 5 premiere of her hit HBO series “True Blood” at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in Hollywood Wednesday, showing off her baby bump as she rocked the red carpet hand in hand with her real-life husband and True Blood co-star Stephen Moyer.

The 29-year-old actress proudly showed off her belly in a body-hugging Rachel Comey knee-length dress (from the Spring 2012 collection), which featured black mesh details on the bodice and hem with beading embellishments scattered throughout the dress. Anna Paquin finished off with a pair of black Casadei triple-platform peep-toe pumps and accessorized with black Christian Louboutin Patent Bow clutch.

With black lacquered manicure, Anna added a bit of sparkle to her outfit with Stephen Webster “Thorn Noir” cuff bracelet, as well as a large star white gold and diamond Jennifer Meyer earrings. Paquin finished off her look by gathering her blonde hair up in a woven updo. She then wore just a bit of blush, black eyeliner and a pink pout.
