25-year-old fashion designer twin sisters Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were present at the 2012 the Council of Fashion Designers of American Awards in NYC, wearing custom-designed draped gowns from their fashion line “The Row.”

First up is Mary Kate, who wore her newly-brunette hair down, and chose a black ensemble that included a black long-sleeved blouse, a floor-length skirt with a high slit and a satin sash tied around her waist. She then chose the black suede Louis Vuitton “Coquette” peep-toe pumps with an hourglass heel (from the Fall/Winter 2009 collection) and accessorized with a black leather satchel, oversized emerald drop earrings (that highlighted her eyes quite perfectly) and diamond layered necklace.

Next is Ashley, who opted for a more colorful ensemble that included a silk satin magenta floor-length gown with a v-neckline and a waterfall ruffle attached to the center of her dress. Like her sister, Ashley Olsen also brought a leather bag from their line’s Spring 2012 collection. She added a pop of color with a pair of yellow Manolo Blahnik pumps, then accessorized with diamond earrings and silver & ruby Sydney Garber “IL Serpente” bracelets on both arms.

FYI, the twin entrepreneurs won the award for “Womenswear Designer of the Year” for their The Row collection.
