Kelly Rowland partied with other stars at the VEGAS magazine 9th anniversary celebration soirée held at the Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas Saturday night.

The 31-year-old singer was ready to party as soon as she stepped on the red carpet wearing a fun, green-hued Roberto Cavalli body-hugging stretch dress, which featured a psychedelic absinthe, turquoise and ultramarine-multi digital-print design with a softly pleated bust.

Kelly Rowland then paired off her dress with a hot pink pair of $1,495 Charlotte Olympia “Priscilla Court” python platform pumps, which complimented the pink details of her dress. The entire outfit was loud, proud and fun – an ensemble perfect for a Vegas party.

Rowland kept it simple with accessories, with her rocking only a blue watch and statement earrings that were kept hidden under her voluminous curls. She also went with glam makeup that included purplish pink lipstick, black eyeliner, eyeshadow in shimmery pink and purple, double the lashes and dabs of mascara. A strong brow and a bit of blush completed her look.
