Bella Thorne in floral Topshop dress

Bella Thorne is definitely serious about her fashion choices. As she demonstrates even when shopping and eating out in NYC, the ‘Disney’ actress is rocking the floral dress trend we’ve been seeing all summer.

The 14-year-old actress, who was busy promoting her Disney show ‘Shake it Up,’ wore a stunning Topshop dress that featured an intricate multi-color flower design, an hourglass silhouette and origami style pleats on the mini skirt. With such a busy print, it was a good decision to go with a plain pair of black Tory Burch “Reva” ballerina flats with a gold metal logo.

Bella Thorne opted to go with a dainty look. She accessorized with a sparkly white knuckle clutch, a bunch of bracelets and a silver ring. Bella then finished off her look with her red locks tied into a low ponytail with bangs framing her face, light pink matte lips and black eyeliner.
