After a whirlwind of interviews and other promos, Kate Beckinsale joined co-star Jessica Biel for the London premiere of their film “Total Recall” at Vue Leicester Square the other day… and totally blew away everyone in her black glam gown.

The actress wore a black Donna Karan gown (from the Fall 2012 Ready-To-Wear Collection) that featured shimmery black sequins on half of her corset and skirt, a central thigh-high slit that Kate rocked completely, a mini train and an oversized black crepe bow at the waist. We were quite surprised that we liked this outfit, considering we’re not fans of oversized bows on dresses, but this Donna Karan gown was made with such elegance and glam in mind that even the bow fit right in place.

Kate Beckinsale paired the stunning gown with a pair of black satin Salvatore Ferragamo pumps (from the Red Carpet collection). With such a sparkly gown, it was just right that Kate kept her accessories very minimal. She only wore a black-and-silver Jimmy Choo tube clutch and a pair of black drop-style Rona Pfeiffer spinel earrings, which were highlighted thanks to her cascading waves that she wore out. Glossy nude lips, coral cheeks and smokey eyes completed her amazing look.
