Solange Knowles attended the American Ballet Theatre Opening Night Fall New York City Center Gala and looked very much like her sister Beyonce as she left her trademark afro at home for a sleek, straight ‘do.

The multi-talented 26-year-old wore a black, sleeveless Dolce & Gabbana cocktail dress (a dress that is very similar from a Fall 2012 collection-presented piece but with a different print). Hers had a silky black background with no sleeves and floral prints in an array of colors.

Solange Knowles added plenty of black and gold accessories to her outfit, including a black Diane von Furstenberg clutch, and the black pair of Dolce & Gabbana pointed-toe pumps with double straps and gold embellishments. She added glitz to her outfit with more gold jewelry, including a large cocktail ring, several bracelets, and chunky gold and diamond teardrop earrings.

Showing off her new ‘do as she swept her super straight hair to one side with everything else neatly worn down at the back, Solange finished off with shimmering smokey eye makeup, a pink-tinged cheek and bold matte red lips.
