At the 19th Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, Anne Hathaway, Claire Danes, Tina Fey, Julie Bowen, and Clea Duvall took home awards for their respective films/TV shows… and all of them were dressed in black. Check out what they wore to the annual event…
Anne Hathaway, who won Best Supporting Female Actor for her work in “Les Misérables,” wore a black sleeveless Giambattista Valli ballerina-length gown (from the Spring 2013 Haute Couture collection) that featured a sheer yoke and an embellished mini dress with a tulle overlay. She wore black Jimmy Choo “Kalpa” peep-toe sandals (from the Spring/Summer 2013 Collection) and accessorized with black Edie Parker “Edie Confetti” clutch, two-shaped diamond Kwiat “Sonata” bracelet, stackable diamond and platinum Kwiat ring, and a pair of diamond Kwiat “the Silhouette” stud earrings.
Claire Danes, who won the Best Female Actor for a Drama Series’ for her work on “Homeland,” wore a one-shoulder Givenchy gown (from the Pre-Fall 2013 collection) designed a striking black and white striped checkered pattern trimmed around one side of the thigh-high side slit. She paired it up with black smooth calfskin leather Givenchy platform sandals (from the Fall/Winter 2013-2014 collection) and added glitz to her ensemble with a Neil Lane onyx and diamond ring and a pair of round gold diamond Neil Lane earrings.
Tina Fey won the Best Female Actor for a comedy series for her work on “30 Rock” and looked amazing receiving her award. She wore a black Oscar de la Renta floor-length gown (from the Spring/Summer 2013 Collection) designed with a strapless sweetheart neckline, a tiered floor-length skirt and a stunning stone-embellished metallic belt. Underneath her gown is a pair of satin Salvatore Ferragamo hidden platform pumps (from the Red Carpet Collection). She also accessorized with a silver beaded rhinestone clutch, a stack of Fred Leighton bracelets and Fred Leighton earrings.
Julie Bowen and her “Modern Family” co-stars won the ‘Ensemble Cast’ for a Comedy series. She wore a black leather Johanna Johnson black leather gown designed with a low v-neckline, sequin and bead embellished cap sleeves, and a floor-length hem. She paired it up with Jerome C. Rousseau heels hidden underneath the gown, and accessorized her look with a silver Judith Leiber clutch and a Neil Lane sapphire diamond ring.
Clea Duvall, who stars in the Ben Affleck film “Argo,” celebrated with her co-stars as they took home the award for Outstanding Ensemble Cast. The actress was dressed in a black Gomez-Gracia “Rock Princess” gown that featured hand-embroidered Swarovski crystals at the bodice, a sheer chiffon back, and flowy silk-chiffon skirt. She finished off her look with a black box clutch and more glitz with diamond jewelry from Norman Silverman and Demarco.
