Tilda Swinton received the Douglas Sirk Award during the Hamburg Film Festival held Wednesday at the Cinemaxx Dammtor in Hamburg, Germany.
The British actress went with her go-to designer/close friend Haider Ackermann for the event. She wore a black sheer suit with a delicate bow-front, before covering up in a black shawl-collared suit with structured shoulders and loose cuffs, paired with matching cropped pants.
Tilda Swinton finished off her look with a pair of black satin pointed-toe pumps. To add a contrasting detail to her all-black look, she accessorized with a diamond-encrusted brooch pinned to her blazer.
Aside from her always spot-on menswear-inspired ensemble, what we liked best about this look is her styling. She rocked a bold red lippie, instead of her go-to barely-there makeup. Tilda also wore her short hair swept to one side.
