Tilda Swinton attended the screening for her new film “Only Lovers Left Alive” held Thursday during the 2013 New York Film Festival at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City.
The 52-year-old actress looked chic as always with a suit from her go-to designer: Haider Ackermann. Her ensemble, which came from the Spring 2014 collection, was made up of a long-sleeved jacket embellished with tons of multicolor beads and featured a two-toned shawl collar. It was paired up with black satin pants, both of which came straight from the runway.
What didn’t come from the runway was the brown silk collared top (which she wore buttoned up to the bust), instead of going the extra-sexy see-through blouse worn by the model. We think it worked for Tilda Swinton, considering how androgynous her style has always been. A sparkly brooch added personality to the already-sparkly jacket.
Black pumps and glossy red lips sealed off her look of the night.
