Get the Look: Nothing makes the whites of your eyes stand out for a photo opp like indigo liner, says celebrity makeup artist Angela Levin. To get Beyonce’s crisp, blue-bordered gaze, wet a slant tip liner brush (it gives you a more precise line) before running shimmery navy powder shadow across your lashlines.
Trick: Wiggle the tip of the brush into lashlines as you move from the outer corner to the inner corner, where you want to deposit the least amount of pigment.
